Cancellation or booking changes will be accepted only if made 72 hours before the date of arrival, by e-mail or fax, otherwise the first night will be charged. In case of late arrival or early departure, the guests must pay for the whole stay that has been booked and confirmed.

A buffet breakfast is served from 8.00 am to 10.30 am in the large hall on the ground floor. The hotel offers an international buffet with a choice between hot and cold, and sweet and savoury foods. A breakfast with gluten free foods can also be served upon request.
